Our Cancellation Policy

Here at Massage Superior, your appointments are very important to us! We understand that sometimes appointment times may need to be changed or cancelled which we are more than happy to assist you with. However, our Massage Therapist’s and Esthetician’s time is valuable (just like yours) and this is their profession. Clients must give us at least 24 hours notice for all amendments to ensure we have the time needed to offer these spaces to other clients looking to visit us, for you to avoid a cancellation fee, and to avoid an upfront deposit policy required for future appointments.  

Appointments made within 24 hours are automatically subject to cancellation fees.

CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.

NO SHOW: Clients that NO SHOW to their appointment are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointments more than once, will be required to pay a deposit fee of half the price of scheduled service on any future appointments.  

LATE ARRIVAL: No fee is charged but your appointment will end at scheduled time.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Same policy applies.

Please keep your phone number and email address up to date with us. We will do our best to remind you of your appointment. You will be notified through email and/or text message of your appointment when appointment is booked. 72 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a confirmation request through email and/or text message. 24 hours before your scheduled appointment you will receive a reminder through email and/or text message. If you have still not confirmed your appointment, we will call you to confirm your upcoming appointment.

Tuesday: 9:30am-8:00pm

Wednesday: 9:30am-8:00pm

Thursday: 9:30am-8:00pm

Friday: 9:30am-8:00pm

Saturday: 10:00am-7:00pm

Sunday: 10:00am-5:00pm
